NutraMedix Rewards is our way of showing gratitude to our loyal customers. Joining is completely FREE! Simply create an account at nutramedix.com, and you'll earn 50 points just for signing up. Already have an account? Great news—you’re already a member! Each time you shop, log in to track your points and redeem them for exclusive discounts.

The points you accrue don't expire as long as you shop NutraMedix products. However, after 1 year of inactivity, all points within the account will expire.

You can start redeeming your points for products once you reach 100 points. Please note, at this time, points can only be redeemed on full-price items.

Yes. You can only redeem 1000 Nutra Points per order.

While you can accrue points on two or more separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.For further questions please reach out to our customer service at info@nutramedix.com

Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the NutraMedix Rewards page and the My Rewards tab of the account dashboard.

Unfortunately, multiple rewards or discount codes cannot be combined in a single order. However, you can save your discount code for a future purchase! Simply log in to your rewards account and check your Rewards History to find your code. Please note that rewards discounts cannot be used with other promotional codes.

After logging in, you can find your redeemed discount codes on the NutraMedix Rewards Program page or under the My Rewards tab in your account dashboard. Click the Rewards History button located just below your points balance. A pop-up will display all your actions, points used, and the status, including your discount codes. Need help? If you return a purchase, the reward points earned from that order will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points to make the purchase, those points will be refunded to your points balance. Please allow up to 48 hours after your return is processed for the points to reflect in your account.

The NutraMedix Rewards program is free to join, and members can progress through four VIP tiers based on their spending. Each tier unlocks enhanced benefits and points earning potential. Here’s how it works:

Tiers:

Bronze
Achieved upon enrollment in the NutraMedix Rewards Program.Earn 1 Point for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases.

Silver
Achieved by spending over $100.00 on Eligible Product Purchases.Earn 1 Point for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases.

Gold
Achieved by spending over $500.00 on Eligible Product Purchases.Earn 1.5 Points for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases.

Platinum
Achieved by spending over $1,000.00 on Eligible Product Purchases.Earn 2 Points for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases.

Tier Terms:
Membership tiers operate on a rolling 12-month period. Once you achieve a tier, it remains valid for one year based on your spending during the last 12 months. Only purchases from the past year will count toward tier eligibility.

Example:
If today is January 1, 2025, all purchases made since January 1, 2024 will count toward your tier status.

Earning Periods:
Your earning period begins the day you achieve a new tier and lasts for 12 months.

Example:
If you earned the Silver Tier on May 5, 2025, your next earning period would begin on May 5, 2026.

Customers who set a birthday within the next 30 days will need to wait at least 30 days from the entry date to receive their reward.

Example:
If today’s date is January 24, 2025, and a customer sets their birthday as January 25, 1967, they will only receive their reward on February 23, 2025.

- Send your friends a special link, and they’ll receive $15 off their full-price purchase of $50 or more on NutraMedix.com.
- Once your friend places an order, you’ll get a coupon code for $15 off.

How to Qualify:
- Your friend must be 18 years or older and have a valid address.
- They must also be a new customer who has never purchased from NutraMedix before.

How to Participate:
1. Log in to your account at NutraMedix.com.
2. Enter your friend’s name and email address in the Refer-a-Friend section.
3. Your friend will receive an email with instructions to redeem their offer.
