Canada Orders
- Notice for Canadian Customers: Due to the Canada Post strike, we’re temporarily using UPS Standard for shipments to Canada to ensure timely delivery. Please note, brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions.
U.S. Orders
- All shipping addresses must be entered in English. Special or accented characters will not accepted.
- If a gate code is require for delivery, please contact your carrier and provide them with the gate code.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends, and both UPS and USPS will not deliver on federal holidays.
- Once an order is received, it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship, depending on demand and inventory availability. This applies to all shipping methods.

Free Shipping:
- Any retail order over $50 qualifies for free standard shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
- Expedited shipping is available as an option.
- Expedited shipping only includes business days (not including weekends) and won’t be delivered on weekends.
- The estimated delivery window starts from the time the carrier picks up your order.
- It may take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, depending on demand and inventory availability.
- Orders are shipped based on the time they are received.
- Prices for expedited shipping are listed and may vary based on weight and delivery options.
International Orders
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $39.95 on all international orders (excluding Canada).
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 on all Canadian Orders. Please note that you may be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that are imposed on your order by customs authorities. These additional costs are not included in the price of your purchase or the shipping fees charged by us.
Orders placed from European countries will be shipped from our master distributor in Ireland. Therefore, custom fees will apply. Shipments typically take 7-14 business days for EU orders.
Customers in the UK are responsible for all customs charges.
